“I had some home boiler repair work
That needed to be done in order to
start a bathroom remodel project. Complete heating said they could do it and we scheduled a time. I scheduled the day off to be home for their technician, but then was informed the technician was involved in another project and would have to reschedule. I reschedule and blocked another day out. I waited for the technician to arrive. Four hours after the initial time they were supposed to arrive, I received a call from Sarah (the scheduler) saying they wouldn't be able to come by and that they have decided they aren't interested in doing my project. So I'm out two days, and will need to get another repair person. And need to postpone my remodel who knows how long. I hope these folks get treated the same as they've treated me. Shame on them!”
